Join local blue badge guide Verity for a guided walking tour of Historic Coventry Trust’s city centre sites.

Tours will running regularly on the first Sunday afternoon of every month. Lasting approximately 1.5 hours, the route will take in the City Gates and Lady Herbert’s Garden, Priory Row, Drapers Hall and the Burges.

Hosted by Historic Coventry Trust and led by local blue badge guide Verity Tiff, these walking tours are an opportunity to learn more about our city centre sites. Each tour will run for about 1.5 hours, taking in the City Gates, Priory Row, Drapers’ Hall and the Burges. Tours will cover the history of these sites, recent restorations and how they are being used by Historic Coventry Trust today.

However these walking tours will not be going inside the buildings. There will be opportunities for this during our annual Heritage Open Days in September.

Tours will begin at Millennium Place, next to the Frank Whittle statue outside the Transport Museum. The next one is on Sunday 6th March.

Tours cost £15 and need to be booked in advance. For more information and to make a booking, follow this link.
